Papelera Mariola S.L. Commitment, Quality and Sustainability

Our beginnig

In 1953, Evaristo Doménech Francés founded Papelera Mariola, beginning the artisanal manufacture of paper bags for packaging bulk products. This would be the origin of a family business that, with effort and vision, would evolve into the recycled cardboard industry.

Over the years, the business has grown. The founder's daughters continue to run the business under the Industrias Doménech brand, expanding production to include manila paper, tissue paper and toilet paper. The company has introduced new technologies, such as bag-making machines and equipment for producing corrugated cardboard rolls, consolidating a more advanced industrial line.

In 1991, Papelera Mariola S.L. began manufacturing micro-corrugated cardboard for laminating. In 1999, the company moved to its current facilities, and in 2001 it expanded its catalogue by adding channel 3 cardboard for packaging.

Today, Papelera Mariola S.L. has 1,900 m² of buildings on a 20,000 m² site located next to the CV-81 motorway, where it carries out its production with a firm commitment to sustainability and quality.
